Shirts for clubs, leagues and doubles partners
Pickleball is a social game, and clubs love to show it. Custom pickleball team shirts give your club or league a shared look for round robins, inter-club matches and tournaments. Each shirt can carry a player name or nickname, and the club logo goes on every one.
What you can customize
- Design: any colors and patterns, paddle and ball graphics or your own artwork.
- Front: club name and logo, or a doubles team name.
- Back: player name or nickname. Some clubs add a player's rating.

Fabric for court play
Our standard fabric is LeagueDry interlock: 100% polyester interlock knit, 140 GSM, moisture wicking and quick dry. Mesh side panels (130 GSM) are optional. We do not claim sun protection (UPF) ratings, because our fabrics have not been tested for it.
Club orders
Send the club logo and a roster with names and sizes. We send a free digital mockup, you approve it, then we make every shirt in our factory. New members can order matching shirts later because we keep the design on file.
Factory direct
Your shirts are made in our own sportswear factory in Sialkot, Pakistan and shipped to the US. No reseller in the middle means our team price is below what most US stores publish for a comparable jersey. All tiers are on the team pricing page.

How our price compares
For a single shirt and 13+ shirts, the Gear Team Apparel Core jersey is published at $51.90 and $25.95 per shirt (checked 20 Oct 2026). Ours is $49.31 and $24.65, 5% lower, because we are the factory. We also add a 5-12 shirts price of $36.98.

Standard US athletic sizing. Measure a shirt that fits well, laid flat: chest 1 inch below the armpits, doubled. Between sizes? Choose the larger one. Sizes for this style: Men's/unisex XS-5XL, women's XS-3XL, youth YXS-YXL.

Custom Pickleball Team Shirts: questions
Do you have a women's cut?
Yes. Women's fit is available in the same design so the whole club matches.
Can new members order later?
Yes. We keep your approved design on file for reorders.
Is there a minimum order?
No. You can order a single shirt. The per-shirt price drops at 5 shirts and again at the team tier shown in the price table, so a full roster costs less per player.
How do the shirts fit?
Cuts run in standard US sizes. Check the size guide before ordering and send sizes per player on your roster. If you are between sizes, order the larger size.
How do I know the quality is good before I pay?
You get a free digital mockup first and nothing is printed until you approve it in writing. Contact us for details Fabric weight and finish are confirmed on your quote.
How long does delivery take?
Production starts after you approve the mockup. Estimated delivery: 10-14 business days of production after you approve your mockup, plus 4-7 business days of international express shipping to the US, so about 14-21 business days in total. Your quote confirms the date for your order.
