Dart shirts built for league night
A dart jersey has a simple job. It should let your arm move freely, stay comfortable under bar lights for three hours, and show everyone which team you throw for. Our custom dart jerseys are printed with dye sublimation, so the design becomes part of the fabric instead of sitting on top of it. Colors do not crack or peel, and you can use as many colors as you like at no extra cost.
What you can customize
- Design: any colors, patterns, flames, dartboard graphics or your own artwork.
- Front: team name, league name and logo.
- Back: player name or nickname, number (180 is popular) and sponsor logos.
- Sleeves: flags, bar sponsors or a checkout you are proud of.

Fabric options
Our standard fabric is LeagueDry interlock: 100% polyester interlock knit, 140 GSM, moisture wicking and quick dry. For hot venues we add birdseye micro-mesh side and underarm panels (130 GSM). A heavier or stretch knit is available on request, and your quote confirms the fabric before anything is made.
Why our prices are lower
We are the manufacturer. Your shirts are cut, sublimated and stitched in our own factory in Sialkot, Pakistan, a city known worldwide for sportswear production. There is no dealer, reseller or print broker between you and the people making your jerseys, which is why our published prices sit below the typical US custom jersey store.

Ordering for one team? Send a roster with names, numbers and sizes. Running a league? We can design one template and change colors per team, so every team looks different but the league still looks organized. How our price compares
For a single shirt and 13+ shirts, the Gear Team Apparel Core jersey is published at $51.90 and $25.95 per shirt (checked 20 Oct 2026). Ours is $49.31 and $24.65, 5% lower, because we are the factory. We also add a 5-12 shirts price of $36.98.

Standard US athletic sizing. Measure a shirt that fits well, laid flat: chest 1 inch below the armpits, doubled. Between sizes? Choose the larger one. Sizes for this style: Men's/unisex XS-5XL, women's XS-3XL, youth YXS-YXL.

Custom Dart Jerseys: questions
Is there a minimum order?
No. You can order a single shirt. The per-shirt price drops at 5 shirts and again at the team tier shown in the price table, so a full roster costs less per player.
Can each player have a different name and number?
Yes. Add each player on the roster with name, number and size. There is no extra charge for individual names and numbers on sublimated shirts.
Can you add sponsor logos?
Yes. Upload the logo with your order. Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) print sharpest, but we can work from a clear PNG or JPG and redraw it if needed.
Can we reorder later for new players?
Yes. We keep your approved design on file so new players can match the rest of the team.
How do I know the quality is good before I pay?
You get a free digital mockup first and nothing is printed until you approve it in writing. Contact us for details Fabric weight and finish are confirmed on your quote.
How long does delivery take?
Production starts after you approve the mockup. Estimated delivery: 10-14 business days of production after you approve your mockup, plus 4-7 business days of international express shipping to the US, so about 14-21 business days in total. Your quote confirms the date for your order.
